This is layout version 4 of chrisredding.com.

Some of the underlying CSS and HTML in this site has been adapted from ideas by Stu Nicholls at the excellent CSS Play and the sterling work being done at A List Apart among others. Javascript has only been used where I can find no better solution, clearing the default text in the search field and for cloaking email addresses.

The contact form uses a form checking, exploit detection/prevention and CAPTCHA script developed in PHP.

The XHTML and CSS both validate with the W3C and Web Design Group validators

Everything has been checked in Mozilla 1.5, Explorer 5 and 6 and Konqueror on Linux, but was designed and coded using HTML Kit and Firefox 2 (with the very useful developer tools installed).
